Strawberry Super Smoothie



I found a tasty Strawberry Super Smoothie recipe to share with all of you!
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup frozen (or fresh) strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/3 cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup water melon
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed oil
  • water
DIRECTIONS
Add the ingredients into your blender. Cut watermelon from the outside rind.  Clean the fuzz and add the whole kiwi including the skin.  Include the cucumbers, skin on, top with ice if desired and add water, but not too much, we want this to be slushie like to super chill your body.  Add flax seed oil just at the tail end of blending.

Blend.  Add water to desired consistency and enjoy this Strawberry Super Smoothie. If you want to make this your Strawberry Super Smoothie for building muscle, then add a scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder and another tablespoon of flax seed oil.
