High Protein Cinnamon Apple Muffin Recipe



Hey guys, here’s a nice breakfast treat, high protein Cinnamon Apple Muffins. This recipe makes 6 muffins, each muffin is about 200 calories.

INGREDIANTS
- 1 1/2 cup quick oat meal
- 1/2 cup oat bran
- 2 apples diced
- 12 egg whites
- 4 table spoons unsweetened apple sauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon flax seed oil
- 1 teaspoon stevia
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

DIRECTIONS
1. Mix all the dry ingredients.
2. Combine wet and dry in your blender/mixer.
3. Once combined, pour in a bowl and add diced apples, stir.
4. Grease your muffin pan with Pam or shortening.
5. Pour batter into 6 muffin ‘pockets’.
6. Bake @ 400 degrees for 30 min.
